    $28 million financing package. I can’t see this being enough at all. As of end Dec 18 had cash of $9 million and cash outflows for quarter one 2019 of $46 million. 

    $46 million minus $9 million plus $28 million financing still leaves them still $9 million in the hole to get through the first quarter.
