Timing is everything. If Pensador can find something big and CVI can execute clawback in rapid time then the long termers will do nicely. The key is all in this clawback and controlling it to minimise dilution. I think its good that the company is willing to publicly flag a pretty early transition back. (t4p this may be this opportunity for the institutions that you raised a bit earlier).
Has anyone done any numbers on dilutive effect at different price levels? t4p, you may have already considered this?
