Im not 100% sure on this but the escrowed shares weren't from institutional investors, its from the shares that were handed out to the ac8 and twh management as part of the reverse take over and listing.. the people that got in on the ipo at 20c could sell anytime over the last 2 years. Keep in mind, these same big investors were happy to pay $1.10 a share not so long ago. It'll bounce back. A little more patience is needed.
