The Directors uptake of $15.5m is a HUGE investment in comparison to their Directors annual Wages/Performance rights declared in 2018 Annual Report page 20:

P Mantell $580,294 (Including Cash, Cash Bonus, Super and Performance Rights)
A Buckler $107,332 (Including Cash, Cash Bonus, Super and Performance Rights)
D O’Neill $120,472 (Including Cash, Cash Bonus, Super and Performance Rights)
B Kuan $120,472 (Including Cash, Cash Bonus, Super and Performance Rights)
Z Tong $91,689 (Including Cash, Cash Bonus, Super and Performance Rights)
Therefore combined total remuneration for all of these Directors was $1,949,079 in 2018 so therefore they are willing to put up 7.95 times what their combined earnings p.a. are into this company .... It's a bigger deal than people are giving them credit for IMO ..... I have been invested in company's where some Directors haven't even bought shares totaling 1 years Director's Fees let alone some that haven't even bought and shares at all, who instead prefer to just hold the freebies (performance rights) they get from time to time - just sayin' ??
