Not according to the vast vast vast majority of the many thousands of scientists that work in this field around the world. I neither have the time nor background to check the veracity of their claims but to believe they conspired together to make it up for research grants (as I've heard), or it's backed by a political conspiracy to make us pay more tax (that's just a weird one) or any other conspiracy you can name. I am not a conspiracist by nature and it beggars belief to think that you (all encompassing of the disbelivers here) can honestly believe these people
- Don't have a clue (and you have a better clue)
- Conspired together to create hoax
