Additional cash from CR needed for strategic drilling program which may or not involve Jv partners. I understand the the drilling probability of success is high,with directors putting there $$ in . The low SP re CR is the nature of a speculative stock which has limited sources to raise new funds and subject to the will of brokers. There will be short turn pain, but likely 2019 will be a transformable year
