i always have an eye out for value in the market, if the deal with the Chinese goes ahead i will buy because CFE will be a cash box and will have the cash to develop the next project they get involved with.

so i wont buy until i know its a done deal.

i have been watching it for around a yr and almost brought in before Sagy went to China a few months back to do the deal. i almost brought in just before he left but played it cautiously.

anyway, if the FIRB get approved i will buy.
