The bond is to put us over a barrel IMO. Surely the terms of the TPA, MPA and now RCA have us all stitched together tightly with clauses about the project such as termination of agreements and in the event of.... Otherwise, what the hell has been in these agreements??
They are well aware of our cash position and are using this as further leverage to string this out all in my opinion.
