In my opinion, this downtrend will continue at least until completion of the FEED phase, which is June/July. I expect the final EPC capital cost to confirm an unpleasant, but substantial increase from the current US$1.5B. Is this a potential reason why financing is proving difficult to finalise? A capital cost that is still not known? Who knows, but it's plausible.
