i think you're underestimating the dilution cost ( which is only 2/3rds done so far) and the fact the cornerstone wasnt wishing to fund LiFX further but wanted to exit. BUD is now a bloated issue base and so will tend to struggle post the deal period to attract higher alpha investors unless it shows really exceptional revenue growth
if i was a lt buyer i definitely wouldnt want debt until they can prove the uptick - youve just had 36+ months of proven missed expectation. it is folly to expect any change.
so that is what Im suggesting an investor (and board) should plan for - what should be hoped for is ofc something better
i take no joy in talking the counter case - but there are some obvious points of logic that need to be examined
