Talleys will do whats best for Talleys.........Certainly they are smart enough to negotiate equal say even though they only own 35% of BT mining.
It will be difficult to get Talleys to agree to sharing anything that another company will have sole benefit from......this includes internal infrastructure and external infrastructure (port facilities and rail)
They are a good partner for the current venture and certainly have some good friends in high places and that's a powerful tool to have in the mining game anywhere.

Crickey looking back now the whole escarpment deal(done under another CEO) is bloody awful.........
I would be fighting tooth and nail to walk away from it as well and I am happy they are investing my money on an appeal.
Little outlay for a very big reward and it is the court system after all where nothing is for certain  except large lawyers bills
