    Bruce,

""It is ridiculous to bring in examples of otherstocks like FMG and Oxiana that from hindsight have been successful investments""

Unfortunately you have missed the point.  When we first started buying OXIANA below 5c they too were looking for funding just like VRC are today.
There was obvious risk for people who were buying Oxiana but they were prepared to take the risk because the economics of the story stood up, just like VRC. Brokers and the investment community did not know that Oxiana would become successful but they chose to invest any way. If  everyone had taken the attitude that Oxiana was risky, then no one would have bought the stock in it's infancy. Do you understand that.

Back in those days Oxiana had tenements with proven copper in the ground. Today VRC has tenements with graphite in the ground . Both projects needed funding to get the stuff out of the ground. Why do you find this so hard to understand.

Your broker has obviously been in contact with every other broker in Australia given you told us he said this.
""As my stockbroker said, "There would not be one broker in all of Australia who would be recommending anyone to buy VRC at the moment"
He must have been very busy to speak with every other stockbroker in Australia.
If that was the case you might as well put a blanket over every little resource stock on the ASX and say if they need funding we aint touching them.
It's a ridiculous comment. The only way these small resource companies become bigger companies is because they do get funding from some where .
How do you think it works Bruce ??

I wonder if your broker would have said the same thing about Oxiana when they were trading below 5c and needed funding to advance their project.  I can tell you one thing, they would not be the company today if they did not get it when they were just starting out..  Think about it for a moment.

Perhaps you should go back and ask your broker how small companies actually mature into bigger established companies .Ask him what the natural course of events are . It might provide you with a good discussion.

A few people here have made the suggestion Bruce if you are feeling nervous or getting itchy with your investment then you have every opportunity to sell. There is a market quite happy to buy your stock.  But do save us all the constant reminders that VRC need funding.  We already know that .
We do not need you to give us a  daily commentary on this subject. Most here have done their research and invested accordingly . I can only assume that those still holding shares  are happy with their decision to continue to hold for the moment. I am sure I if shareholders are no longer happy they WILL decide for themselves to sell.

Can we at least agree on this point.

    Cheers.
