I can’t believe we are debating this, the company even reconfirmed to the market on 6 March 2018 that it was binding.
Maybe he should go tell the BOD they have put out a misleading statement based on his google law analysis....
If SKI come in for 12cents (which is what I care about way more than this pointless debate), I will buy @vintage a copy of Carter on Contract (the most respected text book on Contract law in Australia) and he can read up.
