I'm continuing to struggle to find another stock across our market with the growth potential that MWR has being such a micro cap company. To many people are trying to value it as if it is a large cap or $300m market cap company and missing the bigger picture, which Chuk you have clearly picked up on.

A convertible note is debt, they pay interest st I think 7 and will show up at debt in the financial statements and have a fixed term if not converted early.
