    Hi Copperbod

    Thanks for your post.

This is one of the reasons I don't engage with Christians on forums. It usually gets to us being stuck between a rock and a hard place. Pretty much EVERY SINGLE VERSE you posted about the Comforter, Spirit of Truth, Advocate points to a hearing, speaking, guiding reality. It may well be a Spirit, but it absolutely points to a physical manifestation as well. Baha'u'llah is that physical Manifestation.
Try telling wotsup this. Just will not budge even if Jesus was to tell him in Person. Christians won't budge because they are clinging to a name, not to the meaning behind that name, the divine attributes that the name represents.

If Christians were to cling to the Divine attributes of Jesus, the love, the mercy, the knowledge and wisdom etc etc, they would see these attributes in INFINITE ABUNDANCE in Baha'u'llah and the names no longer become a reason to reject God.

This line of approach is not one Baha’is like to engage in often. The focus is mostly found in working in the grassroots communities finding points of commonality and dialogue. You won't see a huge number of Bahá’ís doing what I just did with wotsup, and to be honest I was striving earnestly to avoid getting involved but he kept implying Baha’is have weakness and "wriggling out"

    what hogwash!

There's no wriggling out of anything. Baha'is are undertaking the greatest project humanity has ever seen. The Faith is an absolute majesty of the highest order and soon an awe-inspiring gift will be given to mankind for its unification and sustained peace and security.

I thank you for your post.

I'm "wriggling out" of wotsups way.

    God bless.

    Kam
