    From what I hear, the AROB government is saying that RTG does not even have a local PNG registered company
    Which makes it hard to sue the directors of RTG in PNG
    The directors of BAM are from Bougainville and can be sued at any time
    BAM will be always 51% Bougainvillian and majority Bougainville-owned and accountable to the people
    Foreign ownership of BAM will be limited to 49%
