    Anyone know why BBUS # shares on market fluctuate in numbers issued on market... during jan it dropped, & went from 13 Mill at the end of a bear run to 11,9Mill on issue on a bull run... now bets have change to bearish and 14 Mill are now available on market... is this to help balance the leverage and keep it in balance with exchange rates and the S&P.
