We bit the Bullets.. We will not bite the Bullets again if ECT doesn't achieved to signed RCA with Indians. No matter how Potential of this Tech is.. If deal is failed or Delayed again significantly due to ECT can't find the bonds.. or whatever reason.. SP will be worthless anyway.. Who will be fool again to throw the coys ahead before RCA signed. simple is that.. Strangely, ECT Rep did not pop up on HC since this bond issues announcement.. too much rumors around. we all have many questions to ask...
