A double top on it's own is rarely worth noting. Though this is a double top with negative divergence, fib level resistance and horizontal reisistance.
Doesn't guarantee anything, of course, but it holds more weight than a double top on its own
If it does push up, I hope for my sake it gets to $6.99 so I can get some satisfaction for the week
