As a shameless JB fanboy, I must admit to a first reaction of a little disappointment... but having thought about it, now I am thinking this is good.

New directors have been put on, the team is in place and I have faith that the deal is done. JB not neceassary for the next more important phase which will increase the SP - mining!

What would have happened if he had left a few months from now - way worse reaction I would say. Deal is done, so he can move on now. Timing is just fine. Best of luck. As a holder of other JB companies I also look forward to his increased attention there as well.
