Kimbo i thought you were on about PE for a moment with the "one party denied" under the PSC !.
Always remember Govt can interpret them differently at times but these things follow a well trodden path and there will be few surprises with Cairn leading and am sure if the JV thinks there was an area of commercial interest based on its current knowledge it would have undertaken the work required to secure.
