No the court of appeal is definitely not the last option.
The appeal decision can be taken onwards.
Also if you listen to the presentation video on the bathurst site ( yes it is on rsah ).
RT says that he is confident of a win but if they didn’t then they still have options to take it further ( or to that effect).
This will go on for years to come , unless settled or funds are exhausted by either party.
