You have a material cost of Bricks.
This doesn't sound right.
The JV will bear the cost of the bricks and the revenue and profit for the bricks will flow to Brickworks, not FBR.
200 L of fuel per truck per year?
How did you arrive at this? The trucks have to drive to site.
