Sundance gave a very conservative price for DSO of about $64.00 per tonne at 60%Fe back in February this year.
The Itabirite will be +65%Fe for high grade concentrates and Premium quality pellet feed.
The price rise has to be added on,say 75%,this would be contract price which is a lot less than on the open market,some miners are getting close to $200.00 per tonne on open market.I don't think that would be for high grade concentrates and Premium quality pellet feed.
On the $64.00 price SDL would be making around $40.00 per tonne.They are looking to export 35 million tonnes per year when in full production.
