    • ROXGOLD WILL PAY NEWCREST UPFRONT CONSIDERATION OF $20 MILLION CASH ON COMPLETION
    • ROXGOLD HAS ALSO AGREED TO A DEFERRED PAYMENT OF $10 MILLION CASH CONTINGENT ON FIRST GOLD PRODUCTION FROM PORTFOLIO
