I don’t see any brickies working nights, in the rain , and finish a total house structure in 2.5 days !it takes a team of 3 brickies approx 3 to 4 weeks . So how much of a break down/maintence period would be factored into this ? If there was a maintence period of 2 day per fortnight on each HX machine the WaaS would still be miles ahead of any brickie . Oh remember a maintence break down by a human brickies would last years and many many thousands dollars later and they might not get back to work , that is called “workers Comp” HX is a much better option to any builder by far , there is no comparison.
