What it means is this first I think if this goes to plan it will be worth being a forward scout with early shares.
Second all of those sitting on the fence are waiting for the mezz finance if and when that happens we will be in business, I say the if because this was supposed to be wrapped up before the end of 2018.
Having said that there have been a lot of distractions like Trump, China, Brexit When the world lands back on its feet we should be okay.
