Its not a capital management to deploy at this minute with a growing company. It needs many successful projects to come online. A company conducts a buy back when all growth is exchausted to improve investment metrics. GXY doesnt even pay a dividend.
The best it would do is pay a special dividend and thats not going to happen it needs the funds to employ into the business so it can grow. The problem with GXY not enough exploration/acquisitions and the likes to keep shorters on edge.
Directors keep telling us its debt free and I'm like so what.
