Well, that certainly explains some of the selling lately. Initially I'm disappointed to know a major share holder has been selling. But then I'm reminded of the same thing happening with a graphite share I once held. The announcements from that company were great but the selling just killed the stock for a long time. Later we learned that the company's major share holder wanted to become CEO. When the board refused that holder took his bat and ball and went to a company that let him have his wishes. You just never know why holders sell.
