I didn't suggest otherwise, it's just a loan until he chooses to convert it, if he chooses to do it at a share holder meeting then he chooses to, it's not up to me what he does it's not up to you either it's up to him to negotiate terms himself.
I wasn't suggesting anything just stating the fact, that he will choose when to convert the shares, just like he choose to suddenly structure it as a loan for unknown reason.
