cowardly-when the idea was first floated to try and make iraq a democracy i was absolutely gobsmacked.i must admit,i was a bit like george and thought it was impossible.how you could call such a man cowardly is behond my comprehension.those that feared the worst and failed to see the possibilites yes but gwb-no way.call him a crusader if you like but cowardly is not in the ball park imo.
property-fair point and maybe this is my way of being unreasonable.maybe your areas of investment have not suffered and i think you might be onto something buying those department of housing properties.however,in the last 3 months plenty of 3 bedrooms bv properties have fallen 10 -15 % in suburbs in melbourne according to recent sales activity.
