Investors continue to view all lithium as being equal. This isn't the case, a large portion of Chinese production is not battery grade. Demand for non battery grade lithium isn't high, real demand is for batteries for EV's and ESS. If you look at PLS's partner, Ganfeng, they are going to export 60%-70% of their lithium hydroxide this year. Can the same be said for other spodumene concentrate producers and their offtake partners?
