Well i can think of a few who'll be right behind you on that rebuttal..Pranav, Asb, Colon Chietc..
I enjoy buying at ridiculously low prices too, picking up GXY at $1.93 then $1.90..There's no doubt i'll have opportunity (and soon) to profiteer in a big way..but it will also feel like 'proceeds of crime' and i can't celebrate such bargains while new & unfortunate fellow GXY shareholders are receiving Margin Calls (dipping below $1.90) more than likely from the same banks (they own most of the brokers) who colluded to artificially drive-down the price in the 1st place. Maybe short-selling could have it's place if the regulators are doing their jobs..but the Banking Royal Commission proved that they ain't been fulfilling their duties.
Maybe Margin Loans should be outlawed instead..something's gotta give..the playing field is not even
