In hindsight, it's all nice and easy. Didn't they know all these risks and issues when they had a $1.10 price and a BUY recommendation for PGC?
Anyway, I think it was mentioned in another thread too, but one risk I see is that the Chinese may be getting too impatient with the underperformance given that they are significantly in the red now. So unfortunately if they give up on PGC and decide to cut losses it will get (much) worse before it gets better.
