EyeOverlt - CHM is at least 7 weeks away from seeing when it is getting its day in court so I expect the sp will simply langish in the 3-5c range unless there is some significant development such as an indication of a settlement or breakdown in the relation of the defendants.
cpg and surfie - the parties behind the relisting of CHM will make a lot of money if it succedes in getting 20% plus of the disputed assets so you can expect that they will ensure the all the required securities are met.
