I have Wi-Fi, mobile phones, microwave, etc in the house. All getting a very good workouts.
No cooked insects on my phone or router that I can report! And from all the mosquitoes, flies and other insects around the house, it doesn't seem that 4G is much of a deterrent to them, let alone cooking them.
Also, I'm happy to report that after 20 years of holding my mobile in the front pocket: last I checked, I wasn't sterilized and nothing has fallen off yet
