jukes re very large subsidy

Jukes, just coming back to an old, old conversation, the subsidy offered in the areas where PAX will be operating in India are so high that a figure of up to $100/MWh is attainable (inclusive of all carbon credits).

This incentive is just enormous. As the many articles that Peter has posted outline, the demand for electricity in India is skyrocketing.

PAX do not have the funds to pursue these projects themselves - another JV partner with resources and cash is required before the potential can be factored into the SP.

The company needs to announce whether or not they intend on exercising the option over the projects. As far as incentives go, the Indians really put our govt. to shame.
