Congratulations to Dr Roksan Libinaki, who was granted US Patent 10,188,670 on 29 January. The Composition patent relates to the use of TPM in the treatment of mastitis (animal or human) and covers all routes of administration.
It is the second US patent approval for Roksan in the space of a few months. Last September, her patent relating to the use of TPM in delivering both cosmeceutical and nutraceutical actives was also approved.
Both patents have been assigned to Phosphagenics.
