Market Cap = Number of Ordinary shares multiplied by current share price.
Total number of ordinary shares = 1,068,849,953
Current Share price = 10 cents
Mkt Cap = $107 million (approx)
Keep in mind that there is also a diluted market cap which includes things like options which become ordinary shares when/if converted or exercised as it is termed.
Diluted Market Cap = Number of Ordinary share + potential ordinary shares (i.e. options) multiplied by current share price.
Diluted Mkt Cap = $134 million (approx)
