Shareholders cannot get the management to control the share price
The quarterly has just been released. The market is fully informed.
Small oilers run on drill activity
Small oilers fall on no activity
At the end of the day, COE will run when they drill next.
Be patient. And buy more when they are cheap. Drilling is not that far away.
