Our partners experience different pressure to ECT. For us, time is of the essence. Every day we don't complete the deal is lost value to our shareholders. This is difficult for large companies to fully appreciate but also the value that will attach to the completion of this deal as a result of dealing with these large partners necessitate that ECT and our shareholders to be patient. We have seen many horror stories of companies giving up out of frustration when dealing with large Indian companies but those that persist say its well worth it.
