Please correct me if I got it wrong ... but .

Why is that we keep  repeatedly getting announcements to say; "permit obtaied", "work to commence" , "full permit obtained", etc etc, when we expect the work to have commenced already? Are these "empty" announcements (just like the quqrterly"  to justify the salary of the management when they sit there for months watching the ice to melt and the water/kettle to boil ... so they can have a cuppa while sitting around the Lake (LacRainy)?!

PLEASE MANAGEMENT, GET ON WITH IT AND IN  NEXT ANNOUNCEMENT TELL US SOMETHING OF SUBSTANCE ...

OTHERWISE, comes next AGM when only 25% against vote is needed for a first strike and then board can be spilled on the 2nd.
