I do agree. The longer this goes on the more clearly it is apparent that management do not have the expertise to take this to mining. We know what is in the ground, it's whats on top of the ground that is failing us. New leadership to take this forward is required. The SS and MET tests are all welcomed but the market has judged AVZ on management and it is a resounding fail (however a resounding pass whilst in exploration). NF has already been given his handout so he should be focusing on recruitment of quality mining executives and then step aside for the benefit of his own investment and others.
