    From I am piece together FML want to sell:

    - they need cash and want to  focus on their Laverton asset,
    - PFS economics needs further investigation, if cash cost is at $1200/oz, should be economic at current prices
    -  Coolgardie gold has been on the market for sometime and nobody wants it

    It looks like there is some challenges to resolve but the pay-off will be worth it
