You probably have have received a notification from the share registry and that would have given you the details on how to pay the 3c per share. BPay is one of the methods.
While the sp now is below the exercise price, it seems illogical to pay 3c if you can buy in the market at a price lower. However, for those like me who hold a large chunk, I am going to subscribe to lower my cost.
