I have been investing for years and have in the past accepted manipulation as a fact of life. However I have never experienced manipulation quite like what has been occuring with GXY. This particular example of small trades at less than a cent is the least of it, but is worth noting just the same. I am aware of other companies that have been extremely manipulated as well and have seen the proof of such manipulation that has been presented to ASIC but dismissed. There is a small group of us GXY investors that are determined to bring this manipulation to public attention most likely through the press. We accept that there is no point in raising it with ASIC. We have a considerable body of evidence to support our case, including evidence that has been posted on HC. However I just thought it would be useful to start compiling information under a separate manipulation thread. It is also worthwhile recording the "legal manipulation" that takes place such as the use of these small trades to bring down the share price as the ability of some investors but not all investors to manipulate the market by way of these legitimate tools of manipulation is also worth highlighting. So any evidence, it doesn't matter how insignificant, please post

So true @Wary 1 . We should never give up the fight..Even after GXY is back above $3..Manipulation by the banks is a crime..just hasn't been prosecuted..yet..They are getting worse and more brazen..less policing than ever & Trump is getting rid of the Dodd Frank Laws legislated in 2009..How can we look future generations in the eye, by turning a 'blind eye' now..ASIC already bags'd the blind-eye job..We should lodge reports with ASIC anyway..weight of numbers will eventually force them into action..especially when combined with the other angles being followed up.

Let's get behind these actions Galaxians..it wasn't long ago we were overwhelmingly furious about being the # 1 Most Shorted (bullied) stock on the ASX..
