How many taxpayers are happy with "According to DFAT, Australia's budget estimate for "official development assistance" to Indonesia in 2018/19 is $316m" ? Easy fix here. As it seems too difficult to divert water, we can divert at least half of this money back to our taxpayers and have charities raise money to give to Indonesia to make up the shortfall to them.
