The larger potential predators had the market cap of RMS not that long ago. RRL is a classic example of a gold miner that has 4 bagged underpinned by a growing production profile and dividends. I hope that RMS follows suit.
Companies like to grow EPS and free cash flow. At the moment the projected near term cash flows that RMS will earn make it dirt cheap at the current share price. I imagine that makes it an attractive opportunity right now.
Compare relative variables for RRL, SAR, or SBM, as a starting point. Does any company listed on the ASX present better value for money at the moment? I have no doubt that 250k of incremental ounces purchased cheaply would be very desirable for a company with a > $2b market cap.
