You forgot one more is selling the residue which I think is a good chance to eventuate.
2.5% NdPr in the residue will make money for a junior and potential buffer to build up their little crappy projects.
But they need to send the metal to a plant to process anyway since they dont have the money to build their own. Maybe China.
