How much have you got invested in this company that you are so desperate for an outlet for your frustration?

Anyway, I will bite. What part of what I said in the comment that you quoted is wrong?

I have been telling and explaining people of the risk associated with this company daily ever since the beeptool agreement was announced and the SP spiked to above 20 cents. Every step of the way I was right.

Ever since then, I have explained and warned, in great detail of:

How the business fundamental, customer base, business arrangements and technology makes no sense to me to begin with.

How the MoUs signed makes no sense and very silly and a lot of it with unverifiable companies with at best, dubious, footprint.

How the rise to 20 cents was a pump.

How the SP is going to keep going down culminating in a CR.

How the there was going to be a CR at around 12 cents and there was going be an undersubscription.

How the CR amount was never going to be enough to launch 20 pearls based of my calculation.

How after the CR the SP was going to go down heavily based of negative sentiment.

How the CR at 12 cents was going to be the make or break CR because it would be very difficult for them to get another one,

How more the MoUs signed makes no sense.

How the 3Ds was never going to make any significant revenue.

How SAS was going to need more CR and this time it was going to be difficult.

That there was going to be a CR at 25 percent discount in February....

And many more, all of the predictions of which were trolled and attracted a lot of abuse by many people here...and people keep asking me “Why wawawawa when you don’t hold wawawawa...”

I warned people almost daily for close to 2 years now.....my prediction and warnings have been very exquisitely accurate.
